Limited Warranty

Drury Moss hereby provides a Limited Warranty on repairs performed by the shop.  This Limited Warranty is valid only as long as you own the vehicle stated herein, and is for the person to whom this Limited Warranty is granted and whose name appears herein and on the original work order.  This is a labor only, fragmented four part Limited Warranty, and stipulations pertaining to each fragmented part are stated hereafter:

1. METALWORK: Drury Moss provides a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting or deterioration, excluding rust repairs. The Shop will repair and repaint, excluding rust repairs, any metalwork warranted hereby, as its sole option, when claim is made while the present owner stated herein owns the vehicle, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, lack of maintenance, or poor care of vehicle.

2. PAINTING, STRIPES  AND DECALS:    Drury Moss provides a THREE  (3) YEAR LIMITED  WARRANTY  on painting-related priming and painting work against  blistering,  peeling,  hazing  and  excessive  loss  of  pigmentation, and  a ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED  WARRANTY on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes or decals, excluding those defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed.   The Shop will reprime, repaint, re-stripe or re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made with ONE (1) YEAR of the effective date stated herein, unless caused by or damage resulting from unreasonable use, lack of maintenance, or poor care of the vehicle.  Paint Warranty is valid only over original factory finished that are free of defect.

3. MECHANICAL  REPAIRS:     Drury Moss  provides  a   SIX   (6)   MONTH LIMITED  WARRANTY  on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage, excluding suspension, air conditioning or other electrical assemblies or components.  The Shop will re-repair any mechanical assembly or component  warranted  hereby,  at  its  sole  option,  when  claim  is  made  within SIX (6) MONTHS of the effective date stated herein, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, lack of maintenance or poor care of the vehicle.

LIMITED  WARRANTY stipulation printed on the reverse side of hereof are made a part hereof as through fully incorporated herein, and that said Shop agrees to be bound by each and every one thereof.

4. PARTS: Drury Moss provides a THREE (3) MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY on new or used parts installed by the Shop, excluding suspension,  air conditioning or other electrical assemblies or components.  The Shop will repair or replace any defective  part  warranted  hereby,  at  its  sole  option,  when  claim  is  made  within THREE (3)  MONTHS of  the effective  date  stated  herein,  unless  caused  by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, lack of maintenance, or poor care of the vehicle.

REQUIREMENTS FOR  ASSERTION OF A WARRANTY CLAIM. To submit a warranty claim you are required to bring the vehicle to Drury Moss and allow our personnel to inspect it to determine if there is a covered warranty claim. In addition , you must give Drury Moss a reasonable opportunity to complete any necessary warranty work (which will involve leaving the vehicle for a period of time at the shop) or, at its sole option, Drury Moss may refer the warranty work to another designated repair shop. If Drury Moss elects to refer the warranty work to another designated repair shop, that repair shop must be given reasonable opportunity to complete the repairs as directed by Drury Moss.

THIS  LIMITED WARRANTY shall be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered  with  by  any  person  not  authorized  by  Drury Moss.     This  warranty  is  not transferrable.

SPECIFICALLY  EXCLUDED are  incidental costs,  such  as  towing  fees,  car  rental charges, travel   expenses,  or  assemblies and  components which  are  not  specifically covered   by  this  LIMITED  WARRANTY, nor  are  consequential damages such  as damage  to   other    assemblies  and   components  resulting  from   defective   part    or installation  of  such   part  installed or   repaired  during  the   repair.   This includes adjacent panels for paint repairs in regards to paint match.

THIS STATES ALL THE  LIMITED WARRANTIES made by the Shop and contains the only promises for which it will be responsible.
